Vendor/Food Booth Options

Booth Options:

  • $25 for a 10x12 space.  Bring Your Own Tables, chairs, and Easy Up
  • $40 for a food space.  You are responsible for county permits, etc.
Tent & Bus Camping 

Bugs in the Woods Registration. One Person.

$10/person/night.  Electricity available for campers.  Facilities available.
Business/Corporate Sponsorship 

($500) Platinum Level Includes:

  • A Wall Plaque to display in your business
  • A Business or group logo sponsorship on banner
  • Business or group logo and listing on Bugs in the Woods Website
  • Complementary Vendor Space to Display
  • Information packets on your business included in goodie bags as well as on the Bugs in the Woods paperwork passed out to each contestant.
  • Up to 6 cars entered in the show 
  • Complimentary camping for the duration of the event for up to 6 people.
  • 4 Adult T Shirts

($350) Gold Level Includes.
